BOEGEMAN, DONALD J. Beloved husband of Juanita Boegeman for 62 years. Loving father of Sandy (Don) Beardslee, Donny Boegeman, Dorothy (Dennis) Latham, Renee (Rick) Sliter, and the late Billy Boegeman. Don is also survived by an army of grandchildren, including Andrew Beardslee ’96 and Charles Beardlsee ’93, great-grandchilden, extended family, and his dog Willie. Don passed away Friday, March 31, 2017 at the age of 82. Don served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He then moved on to become a Cincinnati Police Officer. After retiring he served the Cincinnati Public Schools and retired as head of security. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 3, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service 2:00 p.m. at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes, 4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223, with an FOP service beginning at 1:45 p.m. Interment Spring Grove Cemetery.
