HUMBERT, CATHERINE (NEE STENGER) Fairfield Beloved wife of Wilfrid "Bill" Humbert for 55 years, died on Friday, February 16, 2018. Catherine was born on November 22, 1942 to Eugene and Catherine (Ott) Stenger. Devoted mother of Nicholas (Shelly) Humbert ’88; cherished grandmother of Kaitlyn, Benjamin and Andrew Humbert; sister of Richard (Joyce) and David (Sue) Stenger, Marjorie (Franz) Wilke, Susan (Richard) Mack and the late James (Eileen), Thomas (Dorothy) Stenger and Rita Bailey; sister in law of Janet (Chuck) Goldick and the late Donald (Rose) Humbert. Catherine was a kidney transplant recipient and was grateful for the 18 years of life she received, thanks to her donor. Visitation will be held at Good Shepherd Church, 8815 E. Kemper Road, (45249) on Thursday, February 22, beginning at 11 AM and followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon. Entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
