HAAS, PAUL J., M.D., ’78 beloved husband of Mary (nee Bentz) Haas. Devoted father of Susan Haas, Paul J. (Melinda) Haas Jr., Stephen (Dan) Haas, Amy Margaret (Thad) Bullock-Haas, Rhonda Hakins and Lisa Matheny. Loving grandfather of 12 grandchildren and great grandfather of 4. Dear brother of Thomas, Martin and the late James Haas and the late Marie Claire Hehman. Passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at the age of 85. Dr. Haas was a graduate of St. Xavier High School, Xavier University and St. Louis University. He practice obstetric and gynecology in Cincinnati for over 30 years. Dr. Haas had very strong faith in catechism and was a parishioner at St. Bernard's church since 1992. Visitation at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd. on Wednesday (March 2) from 6-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bernard Church (Taylor Creek) on Thursday (March 3) at 10am. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Amercian Heart Association , 5211, Madison Rd.
