MORSE, AGNES (NEE CLOUD), beloved wife of the late Alfred H. Morse, loving mother of Mark (Lisa) Morse ‘94, Tim Morse ‘83, Peg (Joe) Conway ‘78, Kate Morse, and Mike (Sharon) Morse, and grandmother of Katie, Megan, Kelly, Michael Morse ‘10, Kevin Morse, and Ryan Danehy; Michael, Kieran, and Christian Conway ‘14; Zak Morse ‘13; Bridget Morse. Also survived by one brother, James (Elaine) Cloud, and brother-in-law Thomas Harrington as well as many nieces and nephews. She was redeceased by siblings Mary Louise Holmes, Helen Harrington, Martha Bulger Buzek and Joseph Cloud. Passed away Monday, June 20, 2016. Age 81. A graduate of the Summit Country Day School, she earned a bachelor's degree from Our Lady of Cincinnati College (later Edgecliff) and a master's from the Catholic University of America. As a member of the Sisters of Mercy for fifteen years, she taught at McAuley High School and served as director of admissions at Edgecliff College, receiving the Jack M. Scott Award for distinguished contributions to the field of college admissions counseling. She later worked at Cincinnati Bell and for eleven years served as parish secretary at Our Lord Christ the King. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 23 from 6:00 - 8:00pm at Geo. H. Rohde & Son Funeral Home, Mt. Lookout Square, (complimentary valet provided). Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lord Christ the King Church, Friday, June 24 at 10:00am. followed by burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
